Mariam is a Senior Certified Practising Speech Pathologist. She holds a Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology from Macquarie University. Mariam has over 10 years experience in the disability industry and with five years of experience in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), she has worked extensively with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She draws on previous experiences and works on integrating behaviour principles and play-based learning into therapy. Passionate about community awareness, she empowers families with best practices to support children with communication and behavioural challenges.

With an extensive background of 15+ years in Accounting and Consultancy, Mohamad Chaaban applies exceptional skills as Managing Director at Achieve - Speech Language and Learning Services.Mohamad specialised in Performance Efficiency, creating innovative solutions to benefit both Participant and Providers. IGNITE SOLUTION is a software that Mohamad is currently also working on, rooted in his values of equality for all and improved therapy practices. The software will help allied health clinicians to extend therapy outside clincal environments.Mohamad appreciates a challenge and is dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities, one step at a time.

Rayan completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2022 at Australian Catholic University and is a Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia. Rayan is bilingual and can speak and understand Arabic.
Rayan is hardworking and passionate about supporting clients and their families to achieve their goals. She is dedicated to ensuring that therapy for clients is functional and engaging.
Rayan has experience working in community health settings, homes and private clinics.
She has 2 years of experience working as an Allied Health Assistant with clients diagnosed with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities and down syndrome.
She has a special interest in working with children and adolescents in the area of social communication. She is also passionate about educating parents and carers about what speech pathology is and how they can best support their families to achieve their goals.

Amna is a passionate Speech Pathologist commencing her academic career as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia, at Achieve – Speech, Language and Learning Services.
Amna graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2022. Amna has a diverse background working with infants, adolescents and adults across different range of practice areas through her theoretical knowledge, placement and previous role as an Allied Health Assistant. She has worked in schools, private clinics, hospitals and Nursing Homes face to face and via telehealth.
Amna has gain experience in the areas of paediatrics language, speech, literacy, multimodal communication, voice and fluency as well as adult speech, language, cognition and swallowing.
Amna aims to provide comprehensive, individualised and patient centred assessments and evidence based therapies to ensure the quality of life for all her clients and patients, improve. Amna aims to collaboratively create and achieve meaningful goals with her clients and patients to increase their participation in Activites of Daily Life.

Yusra is a Therapy Assistant currently studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology.
During her studies, she discovered her passion for working with children and watching their lives transform as they achieve their full potential through the development of their communication skills.She chose a career in Speech Pathology as she has a passion for helping children and families by making a difference in their lives through helping them to communicate the best they can .
Yusra has a passion for engaging children of all ages in learning and development. Her previous experience as a tutor allowed her to encourage the students in the learning processes as well as create a enjoyable learning space for her clients.
She believes that everyone deserves the right to communicate and interact with others, and loves that she can help children to do so.Yusra’s fun, caring and bubbly personality allows her to easily build strong connections with children and their families.
Yusra is very much looking forward to completing her studies and working with children to further support their speech and language development.

Fluent in both English and Turkish,Hatice strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Whether it's coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, or ensuring smooth operations, Hatice takes pride in my ability to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

Amani is an Allied Health Assistant currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). With a passion for supporting individuals in her therapy journey, Amani works closely with clinicians to deliver goal-oriented care. She is committed to enhancing client outcomes through evidence-based practice and hands-on experience, while continuously expanding their skills through her postgraduate studies.
